ENERGO REMONT SERVICE – ERS successfully performed all works on the equipment as the main and independent contractor.
ERS, utilizing its full resources, capabilities, and technical capacity, executed the middle overhaul of Turbine K-235-130-3M as the lead contractor.
In addition to the turbine and generator middle overhaul, ERS executed the following contracted works:
Major overhaul of Generator TVV-200-2AYZ, including dismantling of end shields, rotor withdrawal from the stator, overhaul of sealing bearings, dismantling and inspection of coolers, replacement of all soft gaskets, pressure testing, and commissioning.
Demounting, inspection (defect assessment), repair, on-site machining, reassembly, and commissioning of the complete valve equipment of Unit 3 (boiler and turbine hall).
Dismantling, inspection (defect assessment), repair, on-site machining, reassembly, and commissioning of the boiler feed pumps (Pump A, B, and C).
All activities were carried out in strict compliance with technical requirements, manufacturer documentation, and applicable international standards. The works were completed within the contracted timeframe and executed to a high professional standard.
During the execution period, from 17.11.2025 to 30.12.2025, ERS maintained successful cooperation with the Investor as supervisory authority.
